Sausagefest Chocolate Holiday

February is “Celebration of Chocolate Month.” We’re totally on board with this month long celebration and have but one question: why in the name of kielbasa would the powers that be pick the shortest month of the whole darn year to celebrate chocolate? Had they chosen January, March, May, July, August or December we’d get three extra days to enjoy chocolate! April, June, September or November would have given us two extra days. But no, they chose February for Celebration of Chocolate Month! What’s up with that? Can you tell we like chocolate?
